Le Dr Mohamad Choukri AHMADa opéré notre bébé de 16 mois pour deux interventions : la descente testiculaire et la circoncision. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. C’est un chirurgien très professionnel, bienveillant et à l’écoute. Il comprend parfaitement le stress des parents, prend le temps de tout expliquer avec des mots simples et rassurants, et surtout, il est toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions, même les plus répétitives. Il a été extrêmement patient avec moi malgré toutes mes inquiétudes, et m’a toujours répondu avec bienveillance et le sourire. I'm not a big fan of writing negative reviews, but unfortunately the experience we had here was not a good one. The doctor is very friendly and nice and made us feel very comfortable, but to this day (8 months later) we are not very happy with the outcome of the circumcision she performed. We came to her office in October 2024 because she had some very good reviews about the circumcision. Our son was three months old when she performed the manual circumcision on him and the first disaster was that he had to be stitched up twice because she hadn't done it well the first time (one part was still open or open again) and he was bleeding at home. It broke my heart to see my son suffer a second time on the operating table, he was crying way too much. The circumcision itself took about 30 minutes, which still seems very long to me compared to the experiences others have told me about (but maybe also different techniques). I wouldn't mind the duration. But seeing your baby cry for so long makes you wish it had gone quicker. For me, my husband and my in-laws who were waiting outside, it was traumatizing to hear my baby suffer like that. So it was even worse to bring him back and do the same thing again. It was also very hot during the circumcision and my son was not only crying but also sweating profusely. He was visibly uncomfortable and she didn't check to see if she could adjust anything. When we came back the second time, the doctor at least switched on the air conditioning. Our real problem now is that the circumcision doesn't look good, even after eight months of waiting. We consulted several doctors back home in Germany and they said it was only a partial circumcision (not enough foreskin was removed). My son's glans always remains inside. Only when I manually pull back the foreskin can I see it. The doctor said that it should be like this because he will still grow and therefore needs this remaining foreskin. Based on the opinions of other doctors, I understood that she didn't cut off enough and that we need to circumcise him again later in his life. Certainly the foreskin should not be completely tight, but as I said, it ALWAYS covers his glans. His penis does not look circumcised. Also, the suture was not done properly (as mentioned above) so the skin under the glans is still swollen. All the other recently circumcised babies I've seen didn't look like this. We are not happy with the aesthetic result (even my Moroccan in-laws agreed) and will unfortunately need to have my son circumcised again by someone else. The operation itself was not a pleasant experience either, but I would have forgotten that if the result had been worth it in the end. I'm still not sure if the doctor had a bad day and we were just unlucky, but others seem to have had better luck (based on the new reviews). I personally would not go to her office again (at least not for a circumcision) and based on our experience, cannot recommend anyone to have their baby circumcised by her. As I mentioned before, she is a friendly and kind doctor, so I assume it can still be a good experience to consult her on other issues.
We had a circumcision done for our 23-month-old son with Dr. El Boulifi, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The procedure was flawless—there wasn’t even a drop of blood, and the recovery has been impressively smooth. Our son slept peacefully the night of the procedure and was already walking around the next day with no signs of pain or discomfort. Dr. El Boulifi was warm, reassuring, and highly professional throughout. We’re truly grateful for her care and expertise, and we highly recommend her to any parents seeking a safe, smooth, and professional circumcision experience for their child.

Docteure El Boulifi est très professionnelle, à l'écoute et surtout bienveillante et humaine. Notre fils de 4 ans vient de faire une circoncision, et Docteure El Boulifi a su nous rassurer et mettre à l'aise notre fils, qui a toujours eu peur des médecins depuis sa naissance. La prise en charge a été parfaite tout au long du parcours médical, et nous avons vraiment apprécié sa proximité, surtout le jour de l'opération. J’étais très inquiète au moment de laisser mon fils au bloc opératoire, et Docteure El Boulifi est venue me voir avant et après l’intervention pour m’informer que tout s’était bien passé. Elle est même venue nous voir en chambre après l’opération. Merci également à sa secrétaire, qui est très professionnelle, disponible et bienveillante. Nous recommandons fortement le cabinet de Docteure El Boulifi !

J’ai emmené ma fille d’une semaine chez cette pédiatre après l’avoir vue à la clinique où j’ai accouché. Déjà à la clinique, elle m’avait parlé d’une possible malformation des orteils et insisté pour que je prenne sa carte de visite afin de lui ramener ma fille une semaine plus tard pour vérifier si c’était normal ou non. Une semaine plus tard, je retourne donc la voir avec ma fille, en ayant préparé une liste de questions sur des points qui m’inquiétaient. En dix minutes à peine, elle nous dit que tout va bien. Pourtant, dès le lendemain, on découvre que le taux de jaunisse de ma fille est très élevé et qu’elle a besoin d’une hospitalisation. Son cordon ombilical était infecté, alors qu’elle l’avait examiné la veille et n’avait rien remarqué. Même quand je lui ai demandé la meilleure position pour dormir, elle m’a conseillé de la mettre sur le dos, alors que ma fille souffre de reflux et vomit beaucoup. La première qualité à chercher chez un pédiatre, c’est l’humanité, et surtout que la maman se sente en confiance pour lui confier son enfant. Ce n’était malheureusement pas le cas avec cette médecin.

Je connais le Dr Afilal depuis vingt ans, depuis la naissance de ma grande fille. Il a également suivi mon fils et je l'ai recommandé pour mes neveux. I had a truly wonderful experience at Clinique La Menara. Dr. AFAILAL is by far one of the most compassionate and human-centered doctors I’ve ever met. His kindness and professionalism deeply touched me. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the medical staff—the doctors working alongside him, the nurses, the receptionists, the lady in charge of check-out, and the cleaning team. I came all the way from Tetouan, after having a very unpleasant experience at another clinic, but here, I felt completely at home. First off I will start by saying there is no option to give this clinic a 0 star review because that’s what they deserve I will recommend every parent that wants to bring there child to this place to stay away from it the reasons I give to this are below my child was born prematurely in December of last year first off these people asked for a deposit to admit my child knowing of his circumstances that he had trouble breathing and could not breath without oxygen my child was in there care for 8 days everyday me and my wife went to see my child they were not telling us any information on his well-being just stating that he is in the same condition I tried to take a few pictures of my son and off the medical records that were at the end of his cubicle to which the nurses were very hostile towards me and my wife saying we weren’t allowed and we had to delete the pictures and they called for there manager to which she was talking extremely rude to my wife as I cannot speak Arabic and I only speak English on the 8th day sadly my son passed away and the reasons they gave for this was due to cardiac arrest and due to him not accepting any oxygen when I went to see my son all they kept on asking me was for the money not caring that my son had just passed away all they were after was money they weren’t allowing me to take my child for burial without giving them half off there money too which it amounted too £3000 which was extremely high me and my wife asked for the receipt to which they said they won’t give and they will only give the receipt once they are paid the full amount all they did was write on a piece off paper the amount we owed after I paid them they kept insisting too my wife that we owed more my wife is medically covered by CNSS and this month CNSS paid them what was owed but they insisted we owed them a further £500 too which we replied that we would like to see the receipt and they again said they won’t give and threatened us by saying that we will be taken to arrested imprisoned if we fail to pay we managed to pay them yesterday and my wife asked again for the receipt even after they’ve been paid the full amount and they replied to us no again after all this they have been paid and we did not get a receipt which is our right I am almost certain that they are not giving the receipt to us as they have overcharged us for basically doing nothing I will never in my life recommend this clinic to any foreigner who lives in Morocco or and Moroccan citizen stay away from these people Also I would like to say to every parent that cares about the safety and well-being of there child not to take them to these evil people who only care about money and have no humanity they do not care if your child lives or dies all they care about is being paid PLEASE for your child’s sake stay away from this clinic and go elsewhere. These people have no heart I say that for the director of this clinic and also the nurses that work there to them it’s just a job and about money not caring that a persons child is in critical condition! The worst hospital ever my little cousin need to use the bathroom while she's sick and they told us there is no bathroom send us to one down the hall way then found out that one was locked they kept playing games with us told us to go to that one while I watched nurses going to one in front of us and when I asked them they said to go to the one in hall way that that's the only one they have , so I Madd my cousin go after them to the one they went too and they had bathroom there but hiding it from these kids it's so wrong This hospital is disgusting and nasty I feel so so sorry for these poor kids they dont deserve to be treated like this
Security Guard are super humans, they manage the whole thing, the management itself doesn't even exist
